Mark Kenney, the new school superintendent for SAD 44, speaks to the Bethel Rotary Club sharing information on the opening of the school year, updates on programs, and plans for new projects. Kenney was formerly the principal of Telstar high and middle schools, and succeeded the retiring Dave Murphy.
