LEWISTON – Del Anne Turcotte, 55, passed away at CMMC on Oct. 14, 2023, after a short illness.

Del Anne was born at NAS Patuxent River, Md., on April 29, 1968, to Richard F. and Ellen Disney. She was a Navy brat and moved many times before her family settled in Lisbon Falls in 1978. She graduated Lisbon High School and soon met Richard Turcotte, and they were married on Oct. 7, 1989.

Del Anne started her career at L.L. Bean, working at the Peck building in Lewiston for many years. She was also employed at Androscoggin Hospice House and, most recently, John F. Murphy Homes.

She had a deep love of her dogs and doing craft projects, but her largest passion for life was being with her grandchildren and spending time with her family.

Del Anne was very proud (as are all of us) for achieving six months of sobriety and made many supportive friends in the AA community.

She is survived by her father, Bud Disney of Lisbon Falls, her husband, Richard Turcotte Jr. of Lewiston, her sons, Tyler and fiancée Stephanie Elwell, Alec and wife Laura (Perron) and grandchildren Harrison and Grant. She is also survived by her brother, Rick Disney of Scarborough.

A celebration of life will be held at the John F. Murphy Homes offices at 80 Strawberry Ave., at 1 p.m., on Saturday, October 28.

Auburn, Maine.
