AUBURN – Barbara Jean Lizotte, 74, of Auburn, gained her angel wings on Thursday Oct. 12, 2023, as a rainbow appeared in the sky. She was born to James and Celeste Archer on Jan. 15, 1949 in Rumford.
She was born before 40 weeks gestation and because of that caused her to be deaf her entire life but she never let that stop her. She was a fighter and a hero to many!
She retired from PPMC where she met many longtime friends including Rena Gordon that came to visit often. She was loved by so many people including the Beliveau family who treated her like a daughter and sister, she was very grateful for Margie, Severin and Darby.
She enjoyed beano, bowling , animals and most of all spending time with her family.
She is survived by her two daughters, Shelley Morin and Kimberly Berube and husband Kevin; her grandchildren, Korey and Shilo Berube, Kyla Sturtevant and her significant other, Benjamin Wigant, Keeley Berube and boyfriend, Chris Abernathy, Kody Sturtevant, Kaden and Kameryn Berube; her sister, Jane Hunt; niece, Darcy Kerr and nephew, Brian Hunt; her special friend, Peter Dragoon.
She was predeceased by her parents; her twin sister, Beverly Archer, her brother, Jimmy Archer; many aunts, uncles; cousins; and her beloved cat, Jacob, who she is now taking for a walk on his harness.
