We are filled to the brim with wonderful cats and kittens. Here are two sweet kitties who are waiting to go home with you…

Melody

Beautiful Melody came to us in late March from another rescue in Puerto Rico. Her name is very fitting since she often sings beautiful melodies while being petted. She is a very sweet girl who enjoys being petted and having her bum scratched.

She likes to explore and will often come out of her cage while we are cleaning and go over and underneath everything smelling all the new smells she can find. She does not like other cats, and we can assume she won’t care for dogs, either.

Spike

Meet Spike. This handsome little fella came to us in May with his sister, Duckie, after they were found in a warehouse of a local store. You will never meet another cat who loves cats as much as Spike does. He’s the first one to greet a new cat in our community room and will play with them all until he is too exhausted to move anymore.

He may adore cats, but he’s a little aloof with people. He spent a while in a foster home to work on his social skills but isn’t quite to the point where he wants to curl up in your lap yet. We feel confident that with some time and another cat, he will warm up and be the best boy ever.

Visit Melody, Spike, and our other cats during our open hours or by appointment. Fill out our application at www.responsiblepetcare.org/cats to get preapproved.
