BETHEL — Gould Academy hosted Western Maine Senior College members on a behind-the-scenes tour Oct. 23.

Tour guide and Gould Senior Lilly Crockett showed Nurrie Caviness, Judy Weisman and Lee Berry around Gould’s campus.

Bill Ayotte, Director of the Marlon Family IDEAS Center, demonstrated the wood-inlaid snowboard he made in the Center to Holly Johnson and Lynne Zimmerman, with guide Brianna Schnorrbusch, a senior and champion snowboarder and senior Sophia Nichols guided a third group.

The next WMSC event is the ever-popular Senior Players performances on Friday, Nov. 17, at 7 p.m. and on Saturday, Nov. 18, at 2, at the Gould Academy McLaughlin Science Auditorium.  Free and open to the public.
