BETHEL — At this past week’s Rotary meeting we enjoyed two presentations. First, Rotarian Lucy Abbott (dressed appropriately for Halloween) received Rotary’s highest honor, a Paul Harris Fellow, for her amazing generosity to the Rotary Foundation.

Following that, past Rotarian Bridget Remington, who is also the chair of the Ethel Bisbee exploratory committee, offered an update on the progress to date. The committee is scheduled to meet twice a month until April 2024, when they are due to present their findings to the Bethel Board of Selectmen. Thanks to Bridget and the committee for this important work.
