To the Editor:

Post 81 of the American Legion in Bethel invites everyone to a Saturday, Nov. 11 Veterans Day reception at the Legion building on Vernon Street. We’ll have cider, coffee, and doughnuts available for an hour, starting at 9:30 a.m.

Please stop by for a quick hello. And, at 11 a.m., a wreath will be laid at the Veterans Memorial on Main Street. It will be great to see everyone on the 11th. All are always welcome at the Legion.
