For the 41st year, the Vestry of the Church of the Good Shepherd in Rangeley is hosting the Annual Senior Thanksgiving Community Dinner. In 2023 it will take place on Sunday, November 19th in the Undercroft of the Church at 2614 Main Street. This year we are returning to a sit-down dinner with waitstaff, decorations and the warmth of in-person fellowship. All Seniors and their caregivers are welcome! The dinner will include home-cooked turkey with all the trimmings and a fresh slice of pie. Meals will also be available for take-away or delivery. There is no cost, but your at-will donations are gratefully accepted.
There will be two seatings to serve our Seniors: the first at 11:30 AM and the second at 1:30 PM. Reservations are appreciated; however walk-ins are welcome. To make a reservation, or to arrange for pick-up or delivery, please contact the church office at 207 864-3381 or email admin@goodshepherdrangeley.org. Please specify how many meals and which seating is preferred, (11:30 or 1:30) or if you need pick-up or delivery, and provide contact info.
Volunteers and organizers include the Libby family, Heidi Ross, Good Shepherd Vestry members and others from our community. The food will be donated by community members, local businesses and Good Shepherd.
