Open House will be held on Wednesday December 13, 2023 from 4-6 pm. HARC is a program operated under Rangeley Health and Wellness.
Staff will be available in the lower level of the Rangeley Family Medicine at 42 Dallas Hill Rd. to discuss the HARC program, activities participants will engage in, and the daily schedule.
The program provides fun and engaging activities, social time and is designed for home bound seniors with functional limitations and/or early memory loss. This enables caregivers to have a day of rest knowing their loved ones are well cared for.
Daily Activities Include: Individualized service plans, Healthy Hot lunches, music, arts and crafts, group activities, puzzles and games, fitness and nutrition, guest speakers, and caregiver seminars.
HARC Staff are professionals who have worked in the Nursing, Teaching, Health, Physical Therapy and Dietitian fields. Hours of operation is Wednesdays from 11 am-3 pm. Fee schedule is $45/day with a Sliding Fee Scale available upon request.
