LEWISTON – Mark A. Grondin, 69, of Otisfield passed away Friday Nov. 3, 2023, with his children by his side.

Mark was born on Oct. 28, 1954, in Lewiston the son of Marcel and Joan (Rolfe) Grondin.

He attended Lewiston schools and moved his family to Otisfield in 1986. Mark worked for Community Concepts for 32 years and then for Maine Housing Authority until his retirement. After retirement he enjoyed making deliveries part time for O’Reilly Auto Parts.

His hobbies included cooking for others, gardening, fishing, hunting, camping and spending time on Moosehead Lake.

He is survived by his daughter Brooke Daigle and her husband Craig of Lisbon, his son Derrick Grondin of Otisfield, his four grandchildren; Delina, Rilynn and Analee Daigle and Dimitri Grondin, also surviving are close friends Dana Stevens and Skip Gamache.

He was predeceased by his parents Marcel Joan Grondin, his stepfather Roland Boileau and his brother David Grondin.
