Telstar High School Junior Kayan DeGrutolla, a fine young man who received high accolades from his teachers, is presented with recognition by Bethel Rotary as its Student of the Month. The Rotary also presented a donation check to the “Trails For All” project of the Buck’s Ledge initiative. Presenting a comprehensive slide show of the project was Jane Chandler. President Jean Benedict presented the donation to Jane, and she was accompanied by passionate Committee members Marcel Polak and Ed Rosenberg. Rotary is pleased to continue supporting students and local initiatives whose central tenet is conservation and inclusion.
