Marceline L. Walton

LIVERMORE – Marceline L. Walton, 93, of Livermore, passed away Nov. 22, 2023, in Auburn Maine. She was born May 19, 1930, in Turner, Maine to Carroll and Bernice (Lee) Mason. She attended Leavitt Institute in Turner. On Dec. 24, 1947, she married Delbert Walton. They enjoyed 69 years together before his passing on Jan. 21, 2016. Marceline worked at Livermore Falls Shoe, Ames, Zayre, also for the State of Maine as foster parents. After retirement she was active working with her husband Delbert making apple boxes, painting, crafts, doing displays at fairs and craft shows. Marceline is survived by her children, Deberah (Walton) Jolicoeur and husband Alan of East New Market, Md., Donald Walton (Donna Pare) of Hartford, and Timothy Walton of Madera, Calif. Her siblings, John Mason of Livermore, Diane Child of Livermore; her grandchildren, Bradley Jolicoeur (Kelly Flynn), Amanda Jolicoeur Hubbert and Eric Jolicoeur (Emily Duvall); great-grandchildren, Chloe Jolicoeur, Lauren Jolicoeur, Oakley Hubbert, Olivia Jolicoeur, Josephine Jolicoeur, baby boy Jolicoeur, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A funeral that will be held at North Turner Union Presbyterian Church, Howes Corner Road, Turner, Maine will be announced in the spring with interment to follow at Lakeside Cemetery, Federal Road, Livermore.
