Bates College’s Anna Cote was named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association’s Division III All-American second team Tuesday.

Cote, an Auburn native and St. Dom’s graduate, scored 12 goals and added three assists for the Bobcats during her junior season this year.

Cote was also named a First Team All-Region selection by the NFHCA and a First Team All-NESCAC selection.

Cote’s older sister Paige, a senior this season, was named an NFHCA third team All-American last year. The sisters are the fifth and sixth All-Americans in program history.
