Charles E. Williams

AUBURN – Charles E. Williams, 43, passed away Friday, January 5, 2024, at Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn. He was born in Norway on April 4, 1980, the son of Charles and Rosalie Williams. In 1998 he graduated from Buckfield High School and in 2002 graduated from Thomas College with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Chuck began the career he loved at Norway Savings Bank in 2005 as a commercial lender, and a couple years later moved to the finance department where he most recently was Vice President Finance and Treasury Manager.

In 2007 Chuck began his journey with Lindsay Marston and they later wed on September 10, 2011. For a few years they resided in Minot, until building their dream home in Turner in 2017. Together they built a beautiful life raising their two daughters Adalyn and Brielle, along with their chocolate lab Sophie. His girls meant the world to him.

Chuck enjoyed spending time with his family, coaching his daughters, attending their ball games while being their biggest fan. He liked skiing, camping, movies, attending concerts, grilling and cooking and watching sports on TV, especially Florida State. He loved hanging out by the fire pit listening to stories and music and always had to put the last few pieces of wood on even if he knew he was going to be leaving in a few minutes.

Chuck is survived by his wife Lindsay, their children Adalyn and Brielle, his parents Charles and Rosalie, grandfather Charlie, brother Russell and wife Liz, brother Eric and wife Noelle, father and mother in law Al and Jo Marston, brother and sister in law Matt and Maryse, brother and sister in law Mike and Jaymie, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends who all loved him dearly.

Chuck will always be remembered by his hard work, contagious smile, his generosity, kindness, and positivity. He will be deeply missed by all.

A celebration of life will be held at 3:30 PM, on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at Buckfield Junior-Senior High School, 160 Morrill Street, Buckfield. To share memories and condolences with the family, please go to http://www.chandlfunerals.com.
