Michael T. Williams

BANGOR – Michael Thomas Williams, 61, passed away peacefully with family by his side at Eastern Maine Medical Center on Jan. 3, 2024. Born on Aug. 6, 1962, Michael was known for his kind, quiet, and thoughtful nature. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Michael enjoyed trains, riding his bicycle, spending time at the family camp, fishing, riding in boats, and exploring the outdoors. He also enjoyed outings to the ocean to enjoy fried clams and lobster rolls.

Michael is survived by his father Lester Williams; his niece Dominique Rigby and her husband Shawn and their son Elliot; and his nephew Brett Williams. He was preceded in death by his mother Barbara Williams; and his brothers James and Bryan Williams.

A graveside service will be held in the spring to honor and remember Michael. Contributions in his memory can be made to the American Cancer Society, a cause close to his heart.
