Auburn Public Library is set to host Winter Mindfulness: A Stress Reduction Series via Zoom at 6:30 p.m. Mondays, Jan. 22 through March 18.

People can join Tisha Bremner from Insightful Workplace Solutions, a nationally board-certified health and well-being coach and mindfulness trainer for this practice-based educational series. Participants can learn how applying the techniques and attitudinal qualities of mindfulness can enable them to make positive lifestyle changes and feel more centered.

Bremner, a transformational leadership trainer and corporate well-being coach, works with organizations throughout the country to develop motivating leadership practices, improve management critical people skills, build collaborative teams, and enhance workplace well-being. She offers educational training, individual coaching, and motivational talks.

People should plan to attend all eight sessions; registration is required.

The Zoom link will be emailed on the date of the first session. There will be no class on Presidents’ Day, Monday, Feb. 19.
