This is Gemma.

Gemma found herself at the shelter back in May of 2023.

She was left on the side of the road. She had an embedded collar in her neck and was in poor body condition. Ever since arriving at RPC, she has made a full recovery. She is a sweet girl weighing 40 lbs, the perfect size for cuddling on the couch.

Gemma walks well with a special harness and loves to go for nature walks. Gemma loves to ride in the car and people watch as well (she wouldn’t mind going through the drive-through with you for some nuggets either.) Gemma loves all people who are willing to stop and give her pets, even kiddos.

Unfortunately, she prefers the company of humans over other animals so no other cats and dogs in the home for Gemma, please. She is house-trained and kennel-trained. If you’re looking for a lot of love in a compact package apply to come meet Gemma today. She’s waiting for you.
