BRIDGTON — A free ongoing, weekly meditation class, presented by Sahaja Yoga, is set for 3 p.m. Saturdays at the Bridgton Community Center, 15 Depot St. The next class is Jan. 27.

Sahaja Yoga meditation is practiced in more than 100 countries. These free classes are suitable for complete beginners and regular meditators. No physical exercises, postures or special clothing are required to experience the peace and joy of true meditation.
