Sandra “Sandy” Lee Larochelle

LEWISTON – Sandra “Sandy” Lee Larochelle, of Lewiston, passed away peacefully on Jan. 21, 2024 after a short illness.

Sandy was born on Oct. 9, 1953 to Robert and Pauline (Laliberte) Normand in Lewiston and gave birth to her first child, Jeffrey, in 1974, and daughter Carrie in 1977 with former husband, Daniel Larochelle.

A high-energy homebody, Sandy was a meticulous person who took great pride in her home, children, and grandchild. Sandy worked for several years in the food service industry before moving to Texas with partner, Timothy Polley. They subsequently returned to Lewiston where they would retire.

Sandy is survived by both of her children; her partner of 24 years, Timothy Polley; her grandson, Mayson Larochelle; sisters and brothers Paula Normand Audette, Laura Normand Dolan and Michael Normand; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by sister, Pamela Normand Brissette; and her parents, Robert and Pauline.
