WEST PARIS — On Thursday, February 21, at noon, there will be a Soup and rolls lunch – two kinds of soup, and desserts – followed by an afternoon of games and puzzles. There will be card games like Hand and Foot and Cribbage (we know there are guys out there who are good at Cribbage!). There will be a jigsaw puzzle to work on. Bring your own game if you wish, or maybe a knitting project you’re working on. Children accompanied by an adult are welcome to join in. Before you know it, spring will be here! So, join us for lunch, some fun and socializing. See you there. If February 21 is a stormy day, we will try for the following Wednesday, February 28.
The First Universalist Church of West Paris is located at 208 Main St., W. Paris. For more information, please contact Marta Clements at [email protected] or 674-2143.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
You can read more here about our commenting policy and terms of use. More information is also found on our FAQs.
