AREA — The 2024 winners of the Kathryn F. Daniels Memorial 4-H Scholarship have been announced. Each winner has been granted a full scholarship to attend the University of Maine 4-H camp in Bryant Pond.
This year the winner from West Paris was Oliver Bisson, 12 years old.
The winner from the rest of the MSAD 17 district was Katalina Hart, 16 years old.
The scholarship was started in memory of Kathryn Daniels, a local 4-H leader, and beloved grandmother and mother. It is now a registered 501c3 non-profit but greatly benefits from community involvement and donations. Please see the Kathryn F.
