BERLIN — North Country Healthcare (NCH) welcomes Chad Dingman, MBA, Vice President of Finance. In his role, he brings extensive experience to both Finance and Operations. Chad began his healthcare career as a Scheduling and Human Resources Manager, where he helped lead improvement efforts in recruitment, retention, and orientation. He advanced from Administrator-in-Training and Assistant Administrator of a long-term care facility to Center Executive Director of a Nursing Home and Assisted Living Community which was voted ‘Best of the Best’ in Nursing Care in 2013. Locally, Chad has served as both Executive Director/Administrator and Executive Director/CEO of St. Vincent de Paul Rehab & Nursing in Berlin, NH, and Morrison Nursing Home & Summit by Morrison in Whitefield, NH, respectively.
A proud North Country resident, Chad holds both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, with an Economics minor and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Plymouth State University. He is a New Hampshire and Vermont Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and holds Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
