LEWISTON — City crews have repaired a water main break on Gerry Avenue Thursday morning, according to city officials.
When the break was discovered, the street was closed at Gerry and Roslin avenues. Fifteen homeowners were without water.
Lewiston Water Department personnel worked on the broken line and around noon reported the line was back in service.
The city encourages homeowners who lost service to let their water run until the color clears.
