HARTFORD, Conn. — Despite a game-high 21 points from Elsa Daulerio, Bates College dropped its second straight NESCAC conference matchup in a 59-45 loss to Trinity College in women’s basketball action Friday night.
Reilly Campbell and Indianna DelRocco each scored 12 points for the Bantams (17-6, 7-2 NESCAC), who trailed 16-13 after one quarter but outscored Bates 11-6 in the second and 20-12 in the third.
Daulerio also pulled down a game-high 13 rebounds for the Bobcats (19-4, 7-2 NESCAC). Sophie Spolter added eight points.
MEN’S BASKETBALL
TRINITY 87, BATES 70: Ben Callahan-Gold led the No. 5 nationally ranked Bantams (22-1, 8-1 NESCAC) with 26 points in a win over the Bobcats (3-20, 0-9 NESCAC) in Lewiston.
Marc Begin II paced Bates with 19 points, Brady Coyne contributed 16 and Elliott Cravitz added 10.
