Jill and Kevin Cunningham, owners of Burnt Ends Barbecue, stand behind the 25 seat bar Monday afternoon at 120 Center St. in Auburn where they will be open to the public Tuesday. Patrons can choose to sit and eat, or just sample some of their specialty drinks at the full liquor service bar. “We still have a lot of finish work that will be ongoing over the next few weeks, but we are all ready to get back to work again. Our loyal customers are anxious as are our staff,” said Kevin. “Many of our staff have been working as painters, carpenters, cleaners and doing whatever they can to get us up and running.
