Michael Robert Turner

TURNER – Michael Robert Turner, born on March 10, 1963 in Oakland, Calif., died unexpectedly on Feb. 5, 2024, at his home in Turner. He was a devoted husband, father, and entrepreneur who touched the lives of many.

Mike was born to Robert and Reta Turner, who have preceded him in death.

Mike spent many years in the trucking industry, including as the owner of DMT Transport. In 2018, Mike opened WiggleButts Doggie Daycare which he successfully ran with his wife by his side for the past six years. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time at camp on the Sebec River and metal detecting with his wife.

He is survived by the love of his life, wife Sarah Turner and his children Nathan, Seth, Arica, Dylan, Garrett, and Wyatt Turner; his grandchildren, Cody Tarling, Kaycie, and Kolton Turner; siblings Randy Turner, Kelly Perry, and Marcie Yirrell; and his beloved dogs.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A celebration of life will be held at Boofy Quimby in Turner on March 3, at 2 p.m.
