To the Editor:

On Monday, March 5, there will be a “yes” or “no” question on a ballot concerning going back to a second vote for the Andover School Budget. I do not believe this is necessary.

It is much better to go to the open meeting where the school budget is fully explained and you can get your questions answered.

Many hours are spent in preparing the budget. The directors are all citizens and are conscious of their duty to the Andover taxpayers as well as to the children.
