We didn’t fool a lot of people with last week’s Mystery Photo as we had nearly 50 correct entries. Many mentioned that they often visit Cafe Nomad at 450 Main St. in downtown Norway for its delicious food, drink, artwork, and hearty conversation, given it’s a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. Some mentioned that the reflection in the window showing the top of the building across the street that houses Norway Pizza Xchange was a good hint. We asked the cafe staff if the yellow symbol in the middle of their Cafe Nomad sign had any meaning. One of the managers said it was a graphic formed from the letters in the name, and acknowledged it might be challenging to figure out the origins. “But we are all about adventure and challenging our minds, so it fits.” In a random drawing from all the correct entries, Pat O’Brien of Norway was picked as the winner of a $25 Hannaford Supermarket gift card. He told us that he is new in town and lives nearby and loves to stop in from time to time.
