Alton R. Hodgson

Alton R. Hodgson, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2024 at Sandy River Center in Farmington. He lived with his son Steven and daughter-in-law Georgette on Taggart Road in Rumford for approximately two-and-a-half years.

He used to Yoodle as well. He loved his dog T.C. who unfortunately had to be put down when sick. He could get T.C. to sing with him. He used to sit with relatives and friends either at camp or at home and would tell them stories about the Black Mountain area where he lived or of Garland Pond (Some of them were actually true!) Whenever Fireball Shots were going around at camp at Garland Pond, Alton always had his cup in his pocket and would join in and could keep up with the young ones.
