Supper
CASCO — The Casco Village Church, United Church of Christ is hosting its March ‘Pie’ Saturday Night Supper on March 23 from 4:30-6 p.m. This month’s dinner will feature all pies: pizza, chicken, pork, beef, spaghetti, shepherd’s, etc!! There will also be salads & desserts ~ more pie!! It’s $12 for adults, and $5 for children 8 and under. The church is located at 941 Meadow Rd. in Casco, and the contact number is 207-627-4282.
Lunch
OTISFIELD — Otisfield’s Community Lunch will be held on Wednesday, March 20 at the Community Hall at 292 Route 121 from 11:30-12:30. On the menu is corned beef with cabbage, potatoes, carrots, Irish soda muffins and gingerbread with whipped cream.
In addition to the lunch, there will be a puzzle swap. So bring a puzzle if you have one, and please consider bringing someone who might enjoy getting out to have a good lunch with others. The Social Outreach Committee created this free event to help connect us and help us get to know each other. It’s easy to become isolated in a rural community with no central store or Post Office. Donations are appreciated to keep the Community Lunch self-supporting.
