Members of the St. Dominic Regional High School are presently hard at work memorizing lines, organizing various skits, and learning several songs. All of this is being done in preparation for a French-Canadian program that they will present to the “Survivance Francaise” on Thursday, April 4.

The program will mainly consist of several short comedy skits. The group from St. Doms will also sing fine selections of Canadian folklore, as well as a few modern songs. A couple of sing-a-longs will be presented and the audience  will be invited to join in.

Owners tired of seeing their dogs running around naked now have an alternative to pranving in the buff, courtesy of JeT’aime Originals.

The business is owned by local dog lover Judith Bolduc, who makes dog wear and sells it via her Internet Web site.

Now doges, or their owners can choose from a fancy crushed velour jumpsuit with lace trim to pajamas made of silk and fleece.

Bolduc said the business came about after not being satisfied with any dog clothing offered at area pet stores. The clothing was too bulky, with snaps and buckles that made moving around a problem for her pets.

She started making pullover clothing for her canine companions and was inundated by friends asking her to make outfits for their dogs.

She chose the internet to sell her wares since local pet stores were uninterested in the product.
