The acquisition, finalized in March, will allow Dirigo Technology to expand its reach and provide a broader range of services to clients throughout Maine.
Dirigo Technology, founded and owned by Nick Knowlton, has built a reputation for delivering top-notch IT consulting and support to businesses and nonprofit organizations, according to a Dirigo news release.
EntrePro Services, owned by Michael Pratt, has also been a key player in the Maine IT services market for the past 10 years. The company has a strong track record of delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to its clients, the news release said.
