Bridgton’s Recreation Department plans to sponsor the Four Square World Championships at 5 p.m. Saturday, May 4, at the 26 North High St. Town Hall.
The event is open to the public. Entrants will be divided into three divisions.
Open registration and beginner rule workshop is set for 5 p.m. followed by Children’s/Women’s Round 1 (10 children and 10 women advance) at
5:30 p.m.
The Men’s Round 1 (10 men advance) will begin at 6 p.m., followed by the Children’s & Women’s Round 2 (four children and four women advance) at 6:30 p.m.
A Men’s Round (four men advance) is set for 7 p.m. with the Children’s & Women’s Finals stating at 7:30 p.m.
8 p.m.: Men’s Finals followed by the New champions announcement at 8:30 p.m.
The cost is $10.
