LIVERMORE FALLS – Bernice A. Adams, 86, a resident of Jay, passed away suddenly, Wednesday, April 10, 2024 in Livermore Falls.
She was born Nov. 17, 1937, in Livermore Falls, the daughter of Henry and Bertha (Letalian) Boucher. She attended Livermore Falls High School. On Nov. 27, 1954, in Fayette, she married her husband of 69 years, Will Adams of Jay.
Through the years she had worked at the local shoe shops. Bernice devoted the rest of her time to her family and home. She loved to go walking and camping with her husband and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Will Adams of Jay; two grandsons, Nicholas Adams and Keith Grundy; and great-grandson, Jonathan Adams; her sister, Betty Plaisted, brothers Bernard Boucher and wife Jacqueline and Paul Boucher.
She was predeceased by her sons Mark, Scott and Steve Adams; her grandson, Steve Adams, Jr. and granddaughter, Tarsha Adams.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 13 at Finley Funeral Home, 15 Church St., Livermore Falls. Interment Jay Hill Cemetery, Cemetery Road, in Jay.
