AUBURN — The Optimist Club wants volunteers to join its members the weekend prior to Earth Day (Monday, April 22), to spend at least one hour walking their neighborhood with family, friends, coworkers and a trash bag, to clear roadside trash.

Those willing to volunteer for this effort, and want to register to win a meal at one of the club’s local community restaurants, can contact any Optimist Club member, call 207-783-5269 or email gwmathews91@gmail.com.
