NORWAY — Norway Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Beth Garza has been named Vice President and Loan Operations Manager. In her new role, Garza will manage the Loan Operations team, which is comprised of the Retail Loan Center and Loan Servicing team.

‘Beth is known for her dedication, her coaching and mentoring, and her ability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience,’ said Randy Easler, Senior Vice President and Senior Retail Banking Officer at Norway Savings.

‘She consistently delivers a high level of internal support and earned the Best Supporting Role Culture Award in 2021, which goes to a team member who consistently provides outstanding support to ensure world-class customer service. Beth is always willing to help.’

‘I am very excited to step into the Loan Operations Manager role and I’m grateful for the opportunity,’ said Garza. ‘Our team is full of knowledgeable, hard-working people. I am very proud of our team and all we accomplish together.’

Garza is actively involved with NSB culture activities and projects, including as leader of the Remote Workers Steering Committee, an enthusiastic supporter of the NSB GROW Program, in which she has participated as both a learning partner and a mentor; and as a member of the Leadership Lab team.

A Buckfield resident, Beth is currently enrolled in the Business Management Banking program at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. She is also the President of the Board for Oxford SACC Childcare and part of the selection team for the Oxford County Teacher of the Year.
