Ian Barclay plays the flute April 24 while his dog, Abbie, listens outside Barclay’s Skindiver’s Paradise shop on outer Main Street in Lewiston. “The flute is my COVID instrument,” he said. During the pandemic when he couldn’t go to work, he decided to clean an unused bedroom and found the flute and taught himself to play. “Never did clean the bedroom,” he said.
