PARIS — Celebrate the peak bloom season of our extensive lilac collection on May 24- May 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the McLaughlin Garden, 97 Main Street in Paris. Set in the heart of the garden surrounded by the fresh green of spring, our native wildflower-lined paths welcome in Western Maine’s Lilac season and frame the setting for the immersive experience of the McLaughlin Garden Lilac Festival.
With over 125 different varieties, McLaughlin Garden’s “scent-sational” Lilacs are the pride of the McLaughlin Garden and the focal point of this weekend’s celebration. Enjoy the glorious sights and smells while exploring the lilac collection and the rest of the garden on your own, or take a guided Lilac Care Garden Tour (daily at 11 a.m.) with our horticulturist.
Guests may enjoy family-friendly activities, and shopping from our curated selection of native and unique plants, including lilacs, just right for our Maine climate.
