Ernest W. Bragg Sr.
AUBURN – Ernest W. Bragg Sr., 62, of Auburn, died Monday, April 30, 2024, at the Hospice House. He passed peacefully with his son Ernie at his side. At his request, Ernest will be cremated and final visitations are respectfully limited to immediately family and invited friends.
Ernest was born to Harrison T. and Beverly (Cook) Bragg. Ernest was exceptionally intelligent and would often become bored when not challenged. This restlessness often got him into trouble, but as he grew older he gained a better appreciation for the world around him.
He was briefly married to the former Patricia Moran, of Lewiston, and had one son, Ernie Bragg Jr.
Ernest was driven to improve, and was very proud of achieving his associate degree in computer science, a 1,063-day streak learning Spanish on Duolingo, and his long-standing friendships with Conrad and Kerrie.
Ernest is survived by his son, Ernie and two brothers, Harrison Bragg Jr., and Peter Bragg.
