OXFORD – Philip Perkins Sr., passed away on Nov. 2, 2023. A Celebration of Life will be held May 18, 1 p.m., at the Anderson Staples American Legion Hall in Oxford. A graveside service, where Philip will be laid to rest with his wife Francis, will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Rayville Road, Otisfield.
