GREENWOOD —  On Thursday evening, May 16,  the American Legion Jackson-Silver Post 68 in Greenwood hosted the  installation of new area officers.

The Ladies Auxiliary Post 68 – Locke Mills – installed President Paige Crockett of Albany Township; Vice President Debra Brown of Bethel; Secretary Susan Vacca of Greenwood; Treasurer Jamie Miller of Bryant Pond; Chaplain Marleen Twitchell of Bryant Pond; Historian Ellen DeMaio of Bethel; Sergeant-at-Arms Marie Bartlett of Greenwood and Executive Committee Alice Deegan of Woodstock.

Post 68, Locke Mills attendees were Commander William Bickford, First Vice Harry Orcutt, Adjutant Sara Pruyne, Finance Officer Raymond Hakala, Chaplain Timothy Twitchell, Sargeant-at-Arms Albert , Historian Harry Orcutt, Service Officers Kelly Bickford and Harry Orcutt, Judge Advocate Jarrod Crockett.  Americanism Officer and  2nd Vice are vacant positions.

Post 81 – Bethel – installed Adjutant Robert Everett, Finance Officer Scott Cole and Chaplain George Gibson

Post 58 – Buckfield – installed Commander James Lowell, Adjutant Gloria Hall, Finance Officer Conrad Conant and Chaplain Robert Perry.
