Otisfield Perennial Plant Sale

OTISFIELD — Those who have perennial gardens know their plants need to be separated every few years. Noreen Edwards of the Otisfield Volunteer Firefighters’ Association has figured out how to motivate area gardeners to do just that and donate to a worthy cause at the same time. To raise money to keep the Otisfield Winter Carnival free for families, perennials of many varieties will be on sale at the Spurrs Corner Fire Station at 994 Route 121 in Otisfield on May 25 from 9 a.m. to 12. Word is there’s something new this year called Fairy Planters. In case of rain, the event will take place on May 26. Check the Otisfield FB Community Page.  For more information about this event, call Noreen at 207-627-7033.
