Thelma L. (Pond) Brown
WILTON – Thelma L. (Pond) Brown, 78, of Wilton, passed away peacefully, at her daughter’s home in New Jersey, on Oct. 11, 2023.
Thelma was born on Sept. 24, 1945, to the late Lenwood Irvin, U.S. Navy, and Patricia Avis (Whiteley) Pond in Osterville, Mass.
She will be missed by her sister, Penny and her brother Elmer, U.S. Navy – retired, and their families.
She was very proud of her three daughters: Beverley, Pamela, and Stephanie. She loved to share photos of her five grandchildren: Ryan, Nicole, Amber, Zakk and Damiano and two stepgrandchildren: Zachary and Gracie. She is also survived by three beautiful great-grandchildren: Leia, Maverick, and Evelyn.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 1, at 1 p.m., at Lakeview Cemetery (Route 2) Wilton.
