Jessica Fay Carter

AUBURN – Jessica Fay Carter (March 3, 1984), a bright, spirited, and beautiful soul was tragically taken from this earth much earlier than anyone wanted on May 24, 2024. She died doing something she loved, riding her motorcycle. She loved nothing more than her two boys; they were her world. She enjoyed gatherings with family and friends. Her kind heart drew people to her, she loved big and had a way encouragement that would lift those around her. Her assertive personality made sure people were respected, she was admired for this.

Jessi was preceded in death by all grandparents, a younger brother Bradley, also other family, and friends she loved.

She is survived by her children, Jordan T. Carter (Jan. 29, 2002), and Xavier M. Belanger (Dec. 23, 2007), her mother Veronica Grady, her stepfather Al Currier, her son’s paternal grandmother Joann Belanger, her older sister Andrina Williams (h. Steven s. Jacob), her younger brother Nathaniel Carter (w. Natalie s. Mason d. Danielle), and younger sister Olivia Carter (s. Jamison d. Elizabeth), her longtime boyfriend Rickie Matthews (s. Caleb).

She comes from a large family that loves her and will feel this loss deeply for forever. Jessica also had no shortage of friends who cared about her and will miss her dearly.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday June 7, 2024, at East Auburn Baptist Church, 560 Park Ave, Auburn, ME 04210. Calling hours 9-11 a.m., Service 11 a.m. – 12 p.m., Food 12-2 p.m.
