LEWISTON – David left this world after a long battle with cancer. David served in the U.S. Army after high school, when he left the Army he moved home to Illinois where he worked in a steel mill until his retirement at which time he moved to Maine to live out his last 15-plus years.

David is survived by his beloved dog and best friend Jax, his sons, Jason and Jody of Missouri, brothers Terry Green of Elkton, Ky., Rick Robert’s of Hopkinsville, Ky., Tim Roberts, Dover, Tenn.; sisters, Patti Morgan of Athens, Ala., and Patty McGuire of Pittsburgh, Pa.

He was predeceased by his wife Pauline McGuire, father Robert McGuire, mother Shirley Britain, brothers, Jim McGuire, Thomas Robert’s and sister Debra Walker.
