The 2024 theme for Norway Public Library’s children’s Summer Reading Program is “Read Renew Repeat,” with a focus on conservation and protecting the environment.
This is also the year for the Summer Olympics in Paris, France. In the spirit of these two events, the staff invites adults to participate in a summer challenge.
People can stop by the information desk starting Monday, July 8, to pick up an entry form at 258 Main St. Each entry form has four types of books to read and four activities to complete. Depending on how many “events” are completed, “sweet medals” are awarded to each participant.
Entries are due by 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30.
