SOUTH PARIS – William “Bill” R. Frazer, 86, of South Paris, formerly of Livermore, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2024, at Maine Veterans Home in South Paris, with his granddaughter Emily and her mother Debbie by his side. He was born May 15, 1938, in Natick, Massachusetts, the son of William G. and Annie B. (Hersey) Frazer. He was a graduate of Leavitt Institute in Turner. Bill proudly served in the U.S. Air Force from 1960 to 1964 during Vietnam. On May 14, 1977, he married Gloria (Timberlake) Keene, she passed Nov. 19, 2017. He was employed locally in the construction and papermill industry. He enjoyed bowling, gardening, and bingo. He is survived by his sons, Russell Frazer of Turner, Scott Frazer of Lewiston, and Timothy Frazer and wife Darcie of New Albany, Indiana, several stepchildren, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, granddaughter, Emily Reed who held a special place in his heart, and her mother Debbie Riley both of South Paris, his brother Charles Frazer and wife Cindy of Florida, and sister Judith Blarcom and husband Steve of Wallingford, Conn. A graveside service with military honors will be held 11 a.m., on Wednesday, July 3, at Lakeside Cemetery, Federal Road, Livermore, Maine. Arrangements by FINLEY FUNERAL HOME, 15 Church Street, Livermore Falls, Maine.
