BRIDGTON — Lakes Environmental Association will hold “Eco-Explorers” at Holt Pond Preserve on August 5, 6, 8, and 9 for youngsters.
Do you want your child or grandchild to experience hands-on, outdoor learning about the surrounding natural world? Consider having them attend LEA’s Eco-Explorers day camp this summer! Over the course of this 4-day camp, kids will investigate the 400-acre Holt Pond Preserve in Bridgton, collect, and identify aquatic insects, learn about wetland ecology, and be immersed in the natural world. Eco-Explorers will run Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri during the week of August 5, and is open to kids ages 7-11. For more information and camp applications, visit: https://mainelakes.org/education/eco-explorers or call 207-647-8580.
