Trudy Jane Bishop
LIVERMORE FALLS – Judy Jane Bishop, “Sam” of Livermore Falls, passed away at the age of 72 on June 29, 2024, in Lewiston. She was born in San Bernardino to Mollie Sanders and Harold Bishop.
Trudy was a California girl by birth, but settled in Maine after living in numerous states and abroad in Germany. She could often be found helping out around Livermore Falls. She enjoyed watching the local car races and taking in an occasional mud run. It was a real treat for her to spend time at camp, especially with her grandchildren. Her family and friends were her greatest treasure and she loved making some of her favorite dishes to share with all of them.
She is survived by her mother Molly Sanders-Idyllwild CA; her partner Doug Nichols; siblings, Donna, Sharon, and Brad; sons Chad Kirkpatrick and Amanda-Orono, Wayne and Corrie Kirkpatrick-Union; daughter Tonya and Daniel Michaud-Lewiston; grandchildren, Keith, Alyssa, Madelyn, Christopher, Autumn, and Laura; great grandchildren Haden, Asher, Judah and Stella.
