Constance I. Perreault
AUBURN – Constance I. Perreault, 86, of Lewiston died peacefully on Monday, July 8, 2024, with her loving family by her side at the Hospice House of Androscoggin following a long illness.
She was born in Lewiston, on Jan. 20, 1938, the daughter of the late Rosario and Yvonne (Morin) Dutil and had been a resident of this community all of her life.
She was a graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School class of 1956. Over the years she was employed in various jobs settings before lastly being an Army wife and becoming a homemaker. She also started a Multiple Sclerosis Support Group with her friend David which she organized and ran for many years.
Connie enjoyed playing Yahtzee, dining out at her favorite restaurant at Uncle Moe’s and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family especially her children, grandchildren and close friends that she considered as family.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Roland Perreault whom she married on Feb. 15, 1974, of Lewiston; one son David Dargie of Yuma, Ariz., two daughters, Cheryl Marriott of Cathedral City, Calif. and Tina Perreault of Lisbon; three sisters, Claudette Gauvin of Lewiston, Patricia Ross of St. Charles, Mo. and Suzanne Gauthier of Hillsboro, Mo.; six grandchildren, Christopher, Brandy, Abby, Rosalyn, Mason and Everleigh; and several great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Jacqueline Morrissette.
A Memorial Mass honoring Connie’s life will be celebrated on Thursday, July 18 at 11 a.m., at Holy Family Church. A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, July 17 from 4 to 7 p.m., at the Pinette Dillingham and Lynch Funeral Home, 305 Alfred A. Plolurde Parkway in Lewiston, 784-4023.
